Brachs cut rock candy is one of our most popular old fashioned Christmas Candies. This is a must have candy for your candy dish. These bring back many memories from the past and sometimes are purchased just for the memories.

These are a circular shaped candy, the rim of them are either red or green with the flavors being either cherry, spearmint of strawberry. The middle is white with a small design. The designs are either a strawberry, cherry or a tiny Christmas tree. The design will indicate which flavor of candy you are getting. These are a hard crunchy candy with a  long lasting flavor.

I can remember always seeing these in a candy dish at my grandma's house along with other old time candies.  Not only are these tasty but they are also pretty. I would always catch myself eating these over the chocolate candies.

There are a few companies that make cut rock candy , however Brach's is the brand best known. They have been making Christmas memories since 1904 still using the best ingredients to continue making these candies at the highest quality.

If you are looking for other old time Christmas candies from Brachs we also have

  • Filled Rasbperries
  • Crimp Ribbon
  • Holiday Mix
  • Peppermint Nougets
  • Wintergreen Nougets
  • Cinnamon Imperials
Whether you are trying to relive Christmas memories from the past , make new memories or just want a tasty Christmas candy you won't go wrong with these classic favorites.

Some friends and I were talking the other day, and the different candies that we offer came up in the conversation. It seemed like almost every candy that they mentioned, triggered a specific event for them from their childhood. So we got talking about things we did when we were kids. Some of us, it appears, got into some mischief when we were young. There were discussions about vacations we took, things that happened at school, and things we had done during playtime.

I told a story about how the town I grew up in had a Main Street that was lined with the different stores for everything you needed or wanted. We had a barber shop, beauty salon, dime store, grocery store, separate stores for mens and women's clothes, a drug store, shoe store, bakery, cafes, and even a hobby shop. This was all within a two block stretch on Main Street. It just couldn't get any better than that. My friends arrived at the conclusion that spending my childhood in a town like that is the reason that I am such a Nostalgia nut Today. I could go on for hours with stories about the memories that were made for me in that little town during the 1960's.

We'd like to hear about some of your favorite childhood memories. Feel free to share them with us here.
